GlimmerPick desktop preview (Windows x64, 2026-09-25)

Unzip the whole archive into a folder and run openclonk.exe. Keep the planet
folder beside the executable. The original OpenClonk tutorials and other stock
scenarios are available from Start Game.

Create and share a map:
1. Choose Editor on the main menu.
2. Choose File > New and save an .ocs scenario folder in your own files.
Save beside other maps, not inside an existing .ocs scenario folder.
3. Use File > Place object to choose an object, click to place it, then
File > Save. Reopen an unpacked map with File > Open scenario folder.
4. Choose File > Export packed map for upload. The community page opens;
select the exported .ocs there and upload it with a signed-in account.
5. Other players can find it in Mods. Search updates on Enter/F5 and the
open online list refreshes periodically. Creator uploads are not gameplay-
certified; only upload content you have the right to share.

Native multiplayer:
- Choose Multiplayer from the main menu. One player creates a game from the
approved scenario list; another joins from the online list or a direct
host reference. Tutorials are single-player only.
- The Hosted room button opens the public server host page. Choose an approved
map; once ready, it appears in the native Multiplayer game list. Friends
can refresh that list and join directly. The shown address is a fallback.
This avoids home-router port forwarding. The server has one room slot.
- Direct player hosting still needs an accessible connection. UPnP or port
forwarding may be needed; a listed game is not necessarily reachable.
- Frozen Fortress and Bristle Ridge now pass three local two-player starts
each (including 60 seconds of gameplay), so they are in the native list.
Longer objective-completion testing is still pending.

Browser-hosted multiplayer has a separate, smaller scenario list. CR/LC
conversions remain quarantined while their gameplay and resources are repaired.
